Once we receive your returned items, the process of returns or exchanges can typically take between 7-14 business days.
To return or exchange any product, you are liable for the shipping costs. For exchanges, we offer free shipping back to you with the changed item.
If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us immediately via email, and include an image of the damages. We will send you a return label. As soon as the item is sent back a full refund will be issued.
