Do you offer International returns or exchanges?Updated a month ago

We currently do not offer international exchanges. However, we’re happy to accept returns for store credit. If you need a different size, you will need to place a new order for the correct size and return the original item for store credit.

International orders cannot be returned through our Returns Center. To return an item, you’ll need to ship it back at your own expense using a trackable service. Please note that customs duties and fees are non-refundable.

Once you’ve shipped the item, email us at [email protected] with:

1. Your return tracking number as proof of shipment.
2. Details of the item(s) you are returning and what you would like refunded.

This ensures we can process your return promptly once the package is checked back in.
