A pre-order item is one that you are ordering before we have it in inventory. You may cancel a pre-order item up until the time your order has finished processing and is ready for shipping.

To cancel a pre-order item please contact us via email at [email protected] or by calling 630-345-8847. Once your order has been sent to a shipping facility it may no longer be cancelled. There is a small chance that certain pre-orders may be delayed or cancelled, based on demand. If your order is delayed, you will be sent an email informing you of the new estimated shipment date. If your order is cancelled or you choose to cancel, a refund will be issued the same day the order is cancelled and usually reflects in 3-5 business days.
