What is a Backorder?
A backorder occurs when an item is not in stock, but we expect more inventory soon. Instead of making you wait to order, we allow customers to purchase the item, and it will be shipped once available.
How Will I Know If an Item is on Backorder?
During your shopping experience, if an item is on backorder, this will be clearly indicated on the product page, as well as during the checkout process.
When Will My Backordered Item Ship?
Estimated ship dates will be provided on the product page and in your order confirmation. We aim to get the product to you as soon as possible and will notify you with tracking details once it ships.
Can I Cancel a Backordered Item?
Absolutely. If you decide you no longer want the item, you can cancel it from your account page or by contacting our customer service team.
Handling Out-of-Stock Situations
There are times when an item becomes so popular that it's entirely out of stock. In such cases:
