Backordered items usually ship within a week, so you’ll have your must-have product in no time!

When an item is on backorder, you’ll see a clear note on the product page and during checkout, along with an estimated shipping date. Once your item ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, no problem! We’ll ship the in-stock items immediately and send the backordered item separately as soon as it becomes available—all at no extra cost to you. To reserve your backordered item, the full amount of your order, including the backordered item, will be charged at checkout. This ensures your item is secured and ready to ship as soon as it’s restocked.

For those rare occasions when an item is entirely out of stock, we recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page. This way, you’ll be the first to know when it’s back. While you wait, we also suggest checking out similar items on our site—you might find another favorite!
